Payment, Cancellation, Refund Policies

All course fees must be paid up front in full with an Electronic Money Transfer (EMT) in order to reserve a spot. Paying well ahead of time and reserving a spot helps ensure the course will run, a minimum of 8 students is required to run a course.

Course fees are non-refundable unless notice is given one week ahead of time. Failing a course is not grounds for a refund. Not showing up or being late also forteits the registration fee. If a student is registered in both the Non-Restricted and Restricted courses, failing the Non-Restricted course does not mean the Restricted course fees will be refunded.

A course registration can be changed from one course date to another only once. Unused course registration fees will be forfeit after 3 months from the initial course date.

Should a course be cancelled due to lack of registration, all course fees will be refunded the day before the course takes place.

Cheating during the exams will cause all offending parties to be kicked out of the course.

Private course bookings will be subject to the same rules as a public course booking.
